However, he has more than lived up to his father’s legacy over his 30+ year career, melding Vicente’s ranchera roots with his pop crossover sensibilities.

Like his father, passion and emotion define Alejandro’s powerful vocals. He started focusing on ranchera and mariachi before shifting to pop, allowing him to carry on his father’s tradition while also evolving the Fernández sound.

Kicking off on February 9 with four Latin American dates, Fernández will bring his soaring voice and flashy charro suits to packed arenas in Santo Domingo, San Salvador, Costa Rica, and Guadalajara over two weeks. 

In March, Alejandro ramps up to an astonishing nine tour stops all over Mexico, hitting up Mexico City, Villahermosa, Tuxtla Gutiérrez, and several more cities before closing the month in Texcoco. 

After a brief April show in Pachuca de Soto, Fernández heads stateside for the “La Onda 2024” music festival in Napa, California, on June 1st. 

With multiple festivals also likely to be announced, Fernandez needs to take it more easily as he continues bringing authentic ranchera music and Mexican pride to his loyal fans worldwide.
