Christina Hall, previously familiar with fans as Christina El Moussa and Christina Anstead, has made a name for herself in real estate and on reality TV.

As the co-star of HGTV’s Flip or Flop alongside ex-husband Tarek El Moussa, Hall successfully flipped homes and her TV career for over a decade.

Now starring solo on Christina on the Coast and the new Christina in the Country, she has leveraged her savvy investing skills and on-screen charm to build an impressive net worth.

Today, we discuss Hall’s net worth, which proves her shrewd business acumen and sets her up for continued success.

Christina Hall’s net worth

Hall has accumulated an impressive $25 million net worth through her savvy real estate investments and successful TV career.

She and ex-husband Tarek El Moussa originally made their fortune flipping homes, garnering up to $600,000 per episode of their hit HGTV show Flip or Flop

Even after their divorce, she has continued to thrive financially with her famous solo shows Christina on the Coast and Christina in the Country, raking in around $500,000 per episode, showing that she has managed to thrive financially even after a high-profile divorce.

Beyond her lucrative TV salary, Christina earns additional income from her book The Wellness Remodel about healthy living, her furniture line Christina Home Designs, and sponsored social media posts.

Her brand of California casual design with neutral palettes and clean lines has attracted a large following. At 40, Hall has leveraged her real estate and TV success into a $25 million net worth.

With a portfolio of luxury homes, steady TV income, and new business ventures, she is well on her way to continued financial prosperity for years to come. Her story proves that with smart investments and leveraging opportunities, significant wealth can be attained even after divorce.

Christina Hall recently teased a possible new show

Hall recently hinted at a potential new real estate flipping show that would reunite her with ex-husband Moussa and his new wife Heather Rae Young.

When asked by a fan if the four of them would ever do flipping shows together, Christina intriguingly responded, “Never say never,” indicating she is open to the idea.

This would mark a significant shift in their relationship, as there has been tension between Hall and Young in the past. Heather has been candid about feeling like she was “second” to Hall due to Moussa’s long history and close co-parenting relationship with his ex-wife.

However, Young also acknowledged Hall’s love for Moussa and her shared kids, so a collaborative show could be a way for them to bond.

The news comes on the heels of Hall celebrating her two-year anniversary with her husband, Josh Hall, in April 2022. She also just launched a new HGTV show, Christina in the Country, proving she is still passionate about flipping homes.

With Moussa and Young’s wedding last year, both couples are in a good place personally and professionally.

A real estate show uniting Hall Moussa, Young, and Joshua Hall would likely be a big hit for HGTV. Fans would love to see the two couples flipping homes together, co-parenting, and demonstrating that blended families can get along and succeed.

While it’s still speculative, Christina’s response indicates she is open to re-partnering with her ex on new ventures.

Christina Hall and the shows she is known for

As mentioned, Hall first gained fame on the hit HGTV show Flip or Flop alongside ex-husband Moussa. Premiering in 2013, the show documented the former couple flipping homes for profit, establishing Hall as a savvy real estate investor.

She and Moussa would film Flip or Flop for ten seasons before announcing its end in March 2022. They reunited one last time for the finale episode of The Final Flip in November 2022.

After her divorce from Moussa in 2016, Christina went on to headline her solo show Christina on the Coast in 2019. The show follows her as she balances renovating projects with her home life with her new husband and her three kids.

In its fourth season, Christina on the Coast remains a ratings success for HGTV. Expanding her solo hosting duties, she also began starring in Christina in the Country in late 2022.

Filmed from her vacation home, the new show features Hall applying her flipping skills to rural properties. Her husband Josh also appears on both fronts, though he needed time to get comfortable on camera.

On top of her shows, she frequently participates in other HGTV projects. Most recently, she was a judge on the network’s Barbie Dreamhouse Challenge in July 2023.

With over a decade of experience on HGTV under her belt, Hall has firmly established herself as one of the network’s biggest stars.

Christina Hall’s vacation house

In addition to her home in California, Hall also owns a vacation property in Franklin, Tennessee, outside of Nashville. She films her HGTV show Christina in the Country at the Tennessee house, though she clarifies that she doesn’t spend as much time there as some may think.

When Hall and her family visit the Franklin home, she describes it as a peaceful getaway where they mostly cook at home and spend time together on the property away from cameras.

However, when filming is taking place, the days are packed shooting the show. She films up to 6 houses in 6 long days, plus additional background footage, which can be grueling.

The Tennessee house provides convenience for filming since Hall keeps a wardrobe and other necessities stocked there. It allows her to travel and get to work without excessive packing and preparation.

Her kids are now pros at filming, though she limits their involvement to short, fun days to prevent burnout.

With both her shows Christina on the Coast and Christina in the Country renewed, the Tennessee retreat will continue to provide an idyllic filming location and respite from her busy California life.

While Hall has considered expanding to a “coast to coast” format, she is focused on her two successful shows, strategically using the vacation home for filming and quality family time.
